I let my dog outside to use the restroom. after thirty minutes later, his eye was swelling. some of the fur around his eye is gone now. we believe that someone hit him or kicked him. also his tonsils are swollen, plus he is having a fever. please help. my mom is out of town and i can't get him to a vet. and.. i'm really worried!.
